Return

At Marinas we value our customers and give them full peace of mind with a 30 day return period if their product isn’t as described.

Our policy lasts 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your
product() were delivered, then we will NOT be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Return procedure:

  • Step 1: Email Official Marinas ([email protected] and send us photos as well as a quick explanation of what is faulty about the product or why it doesn’t meet your expectations.
  • Step 2: We will confirm the receival of your returns request, and forward your photos and comments to the appropriate manufacture.
  • Step 3: Our manufacturer will send us their comments regarding the fault, we then work with you to find the best solution to keep you happy. Each case is different, however one of the following options will be granted tor you and you get to decide which outcome you prefer
    1. We send you a new product immediately
    2. We send you a free git from our store of equivalent value
    3. In most cases you won’t need to return he product and get to keep if as a spare or gift!

Please note, for full refunds, customers have to pay return shipping it the product doesn’t have a clear fault or manufacturing defect proven with photos or videos.
We also recommend using a tracked courier, for we cannot be held liable if the product isn’t received by our manufacturers. *

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 6 hours ot the order being placed otherwise a restocking tee may apply. Our team works internationally, 24/7 which means we’re always packing and getting orders ready for dispatch. If you don’t contact us quickly enough we will have already processed it for delivery
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours because our team will have automatically packed and dispatched it for you. If you’d like a refund we must wait for the product to arrive first, and we can begin the process from there. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to intercept a package which has already been dispatched.

Our delivery time frames are only an estimate- 95% of our orders arrive within and earlier than these time frames, but occasionally international freight or customs delays happen. With this in mind, we CANNOT guarantee delivery within these time frames to all countries.
